The specified delivery times or the specified shipping time only provide information about an expected delivery date. If your order is not delivered to you within the selected delivery period, no right of recourse can be asserted.
The shipping flat rate includes the bulky goods charges from a weight of 4 kg up to a maximum of 31.5 kg.
*Liability by Austrian Post AG up to a value of €510.00. From a goods value of € 510.00, we reserve the right to take out value insurance for the package for shipping. This is 1.5% of the value of the goods. This amount is automatically added to the shipping costs when you complete your online order.

Delivery of packages over 1m in length outside of Austria: Parcels with a length of more than 1m are preferably sent outside of Austria via Österreichische Post AG or via GLS.
